I hate to break it to you but a street driven Z32 is not going to be competative in ANY Solo2 class it runs in. If you plan on doing this swap expecting to win at nationals then forget it. But if you want to do this swap simply for driving enjoyment then by all means go for it. Noone is certainly going to stop you. The reason I said its not economical to do is because a typical TT motor will run you roughly $2000 and you know that will fit. I will be surprised if you can find a VQ35DE for less than $5000. Dont forget the transmission, engine wiring harness, ECU and other misc parts. Now you have to worry about getting the thing to fit. Maybe you'll get lucky and it'll drop right in but most likely it wont. And no, you cannot stay in ESP with a VQ motor swap. Pick up a copy of the SCCA rulebook. It's in there. And dont get overconfident about being twin turbo Z32s. Blame the driver. The TT is the same car as yours except with 80 more HP. :"Any other questions?" :Yeah, where do babies come from? I only answer automotive questions. This is a car forum, after all.
